About the Role

We are looking for a passionate US Accountant. The US Accounting role is integral to maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with US financial regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers and journals
  • Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Assist in bank and account reconciliations
  • Track company expenses and assist with reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable tax regulations

Requirements

  • CPA/EA certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in US accounting
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

We are looking for an experienced and insightful Tax Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in U.S. tax law and tax preparation, paired with a talent for writing clear, engaging, and informative content for multiple user groups.

What You'll Do

  • Research and create accurate content on U.S. tax laws, deductions, compliance, and IRS filing requirements
  • Write and edit blogs, articles, eBooks, guides, and FAQs for different user groups
  • Ensure all content is updated with the latest IRS guidance and tax regulations
  • Collaborate with tax professionals and marketing teams for quality and compliance
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve content discoverability across digital channels
  • Monitor IRS and legislative updates and adjust content strategy accordingly
